Return and Refund Policy

Be aware that all items are handmade. No two items are alike and as is typical with wood products. Grains, colors, etc. will vary.  


We do not accept returns of our Handmade items. All sales are Final! 


In the rare case of a lost item during Shipping, a refund or replacement can be discussed within 24 hours of expected delivery.  Do not hesitate to contact us via phone, email or text in the event of this situation. After an investigation with the shipping company, claim filing processes have been completed and determination has been made by the shipping company; we will begin the process of refund or replacement.
